In covering letter send top clients / websites that you have worked on before. · Responsible for strategic and operation direction and management of Paid Search department · Management and development of PPC campaign managers · Responsible for business development and growth in the Paid Search department o Consult and work closely with Sales teams to prospect new clients for paid offerings. o Improving sales collateral o Expanding Paid Advertising Offering o Up-selling client base on new paid offering · Media Network Sourcing and due diligence on existing technologies and partners · Relationship management and development with suppliers and key customers · Responsible for the overall strategy and performance of all PPC campaigns · Responsible for setting up department process, procedures and training documentation · Setup PPC campaigns across all PPC Platforms · Analysis, monitor and optimisation of PPC accounts · Recommend and manage campaign budgets · Responsible for research and implementing effective PPC strategies · Responsible for setting, measuring and achieving customer relevant KPIs · Compiling account performance and management reports (weekly and monthly) · Develop and implement strategies for PPC campaigns · Keep abreast of latest technological advancements and trends in Paid Search · Liaise with customers and providing ongoing feedback on account performance · Liaise with team to ensure professional customer service We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven extrovert with fantastic leadership, communication and organisational skills to join and manage our young and vibrant team. Requirements · Educated to degree level. · Strategy and team management experience essential · Minimum 3 years PPC campaign management experience across all PPC platforms ( i.e. AdWords, Facebook, Yahoo, Twitter, LinkedIn, Ad Dynamo) · Google Adwords and Analytics certification a must · Advanced MS Excel skills essential (including pivot tables, charts and formulae) · Proven presentation and PowerPoint skills · Highly analytical with strong attention to detail · Experience in working with large budgets advantageous
