JOB PURPOSE:
Capture and maintain Merchandise Master Data records in our clients system to optimise accuracy and effectiveness of the day-to-day Business operations.
Centrally manage Master Data (request, approve, maintain, distribute).
KEY DIALS
- Create, maintain and/or discontinue Articles in the applicable systems including SAP
- Create, maintain and/or delete Vendors in the applicable systems [ SAP, Ceres & "our clients" Accounts Payable System (JAPS)
- Create, maintain and/or delete Sites/Site Groupings/DC’s in the applicable systems
- Create, maintain and/or delete Article Hierarchy and Merchandise Category Characteristics in the applicable systems
- Create, maintain and/or delete Assortments in the applicable system
- Approve Master Data, Hierarchy and/or Assortment creations, maintenance and deletion requests
