Responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Serving as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction and profitability; · Consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality; · Build relationships with clients and retain and grow accounts through the development of strong relationships with key decision makers; · Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client; · Establish strong relationships with clients, including effective and accurate reporting of all client contact and requests; · Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations; · Responsible for all day to day activities, client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue of your portfolio of clients; · Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, functional specifications, project plans, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met; · Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client; · Working with senior team to deliver against agreed Client / Agency strategies, proposals and briefs; · Be a liaison with the client and internal R.O.I teams, managing both relationships effectively; · Gaining a strong knowledge and understanding of a clients’ brand, industry and products; · Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable; · Identify new opportunities within the clients business thereby growing the business for ROI Media and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs; · Project management using efficient systems and meeting R.O.I Media’s high standards of quality and outcomes; · Meet and/or exceed annual targets; · Working closely with the Management to prospect, pitch & close new business; · Prepare and make report on market analysis, competitor analysis and market trends; · Responsible for the creation, implementation and execution of Account growth and sales plan; · Generate and maintain a credible forecast for accounts and territories and provide this information on a regular basis to Management; · Reports to the Management, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis. Personal Skills/Attributes · Strong administrative and organisational skills · Strong communication skills – verbal and written · Strong negotiation, presentation and research skills essential · Broad understanding of all communication disciplines, with a focus on digital. · Meticulous attention to detail and focus on delivery of projects for clients · Highly adaptive – industry changes rapidly so ability to learn is critical · Ability to solve problems quickly and thoroughly · Must be a team player · Ability to think strategically and commercially and understand real return on investment. · Prepared to work long hours when necessary and well under pressure · Must have an inclination towards project management, marketing and other organisational skills. · Excellent understanding of digital and online (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Design and Development, online reputation management and emerging technologies)
· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. QUALIFICATIONS · At least 3 years account / project management experience is a must. Experience with managing digital projects from brief to results evaluation advantageous. · Proven account management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships · At least 2 years agency experience preferred · Marketing qualification desirable · Technical competence (understand SEO, web and mobile technologies) · Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint advantageous · Must have own transport.
