R.O.I. Media is seeking a mature, well-presented and dynamic Junior Sales Executive to work within a fast-paced online marketing team. We are looking for sales associates to provide consultative sales for our search engine optimization/marketing services. Positions are currently available for Internet savvy individuals who are ready to learn and keep abreast of the latest advances in the Internet's hottest industry of Search Engine Marketing. We are looking for strategic, analytical and independent professionals who have negotiated service agreements with large and midsize companies. Successful candidate will work directly with management to build and maintain a solid sales team. Do you have what it takes?!
In order to be considered for this position you need to:
• Have a passion for selling, and helping online businesses succeed
• Have strong sales & negotiation skills
• Have working knowledge of the internet & search engines.
• Be able to work under pressure
• Be a fast learner with a positive attitude and heaps of initiative
• Be able to work comfortably both individually and as part of a team
• Have keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills (including the ability to follow up, multitask and meet strict deadlines)
• Be self-motivated and driven to create your own financial destiny (Uncapped Commission)
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills + telephone etiquette / manners
If you are chosen for the position your duties will include:
• Performing targeted industry research
• Preparing Regular Analyses, Reports & Proposals for prospective clients
• Identifying sales opportunities AND securing new business
• Meet Sales Targets
• Various other online marketing related tasks

Salary: Entry-Level + Uncapped Commission.
Only people with 1 year or more sales / telesales experience will be considered.
